Terms of Service

By using PoolSeen, you agree to these terms. If you are using PoolSeen on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The Service
PoolSeen provides software that allows pool service companies to generate and deliver post-visit reports to their customers. We are a tool, not a pool service company. We do not perform pool service or verify the accuracy of information entered by technicians.
Service Company Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into PoolSeen by your technicians
- You are responsible for having appropriate permission to send communications to homeowners (we recommend including a disclosure in your service agreement)
- You may not use PoolSeen to send false or misleading information to homeowners
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Subscription and Billing
PoolSeen subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. The first 30 days are free for waitlist members — no credit card required until the trial ends.
Acceptable Use
You may not use PoolSeen to harass homeowners, send spam, impersonate another company, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
PoolSeen is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify active subscribers by email 14 days before any material change.
